Assistant General Manager
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager who will focus on our beverage and nightlife program.
We are looking for a Restaurant/Bar Manager with the following experience and /or qualities:
1. At least 3 years of bartending experience at high volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub
2. At least 2 years of management experience in full service restaurant, bar, or nightclub
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team
5. High energy and prefers to work nights and weekends.
6. Ability to build & increase sales over previous year's sales
7. Maintain and improve employee and guest satisfaction
8. Experience with purchasing, inventory, and financial analysis in the area of beverage.
