Junior Sales Consultant

Job Summary
Execute sales process designed by Waunakee Remodeling to achieve sales goals with a creative passion for sales success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Learn and follow established sales processes through to completion.
Maintain a detailed knowledge about all products to be offered by Waunakee Remodeling and about current remodeling trends.
Present a positive image to customers by phone and in person from the initial lead, to contract signing to payment collection.
Promote customer satisfaction with all work being done through meetings and personal contact.
Be timely and prepared for all customer interaction and appointments.
Prepare concise yet detailed contracts and additional paper work throughout job process.
Photograph all sites where work is to be done to capture scope of project using a tablet or iPad.
Create 'WC' Orders for any work not specifically in the contract.
Inform Production team about customer concerns or questions and work together to resolve issues.
Attend weekly staff meetings to address sales agendas, products and job updates.
Maintain a vehicle (company or personal) with company signage and a clean appearance.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills
Valid driver's license.
Personal laptop computer.
1 year of experience in construction or remodeling industry desired.
Experience with Sage CRM or similar customer management software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Work Environment:
The majority of the working conditions are normal for an office or home environment. A small percentage of the physical environment could require the employee to conduct business both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid conditions while job sites. This position can also require the ability to use ladders or stairs to access areas of the home for inspection including roofs.
Work will be based out of Waunakee and Odana Road locations.
Weekends and evening hours are typical.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
