Child Care Worker/ Certified Nurse's Assistant (5194)
Residential Direct Support Staff are part of a professional team responsible for assisting each individual to live a safe, enjoyable life in their community with the opportunity to learn and exercise increasing independence and control over their lives. Qualifications:
oCommitment to caring for people with developmental disabilities and to help these individuals participate fully in the life of their community.
oSafe passenger vehicle and good driving record, adequate insurance and valid driver's license.
oProven record on conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer, or school history).
oAbility to work as part of a team and possess a positive and constructive outlook.
oIf licensed as a Certified Nurse's Aide, must have current Massachusetts license.
