Housekeeper - Floor Care Specialist
Definition:
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing or moving objects.
Operates a variety of tolls, equipment used in performance, ability to work around electrical cords and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.
Knowledge:
Hazards associated with cleaning compounds/agents; the methods, materials and equipment used in basic janitorial work; and the cleaning chemicals on floors and carpet.
Skills:
Understands and follows written and oral instructions, communicates effectively, meets the physical requirements of the job, work with minimal supervision, establish and maintain a working relationship, operates buffer, carpet cleaner, vacuum clearer, wet vacuum, scrubber, etc.
Experience:
Two eyars custodial experience or any combination of education, training or experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
The position requires evening work and occasional overtime.
License:
Must possess and maintain a valid class C California Driver's license.
Education:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
