We build highly sensitive instruments that measure the mass properties of objects weighing from a few grams to several tons. Our customers are primarily in the aerospace and defense industries, but we have customers in other industries such as medical and sporting goods. We have been around for over 50 years, and we continue to grow and thrive.
The Opportunity -
Even though we have grown a lot in the past few years, we believe there's more opportunity for us to expand - to sell more products and services, to reach customers in new geographic locations, to find new applications for our products, to engage new customers. We have some ideas on how and where, but we're busy handling our current volume of business. To grow, we need more time to develop sales. Since time is a finite resource, the only way we can create more time is by adding talented people.
We want you to explore, find customers either in our current markets or in new markets, customers who don't know they need us yet. We want you to research and dig and call and discover opportunities. We want you to get us in the door, find the right person and get that person interested. You'll apply your technical skills to new challenges, and you'll work with customers to outline solutions to their problems. This job is full of opportunity to get creative, and move the needle.
We are unstructured and entrepreneurial. We don't have fancy offices or extravagant budgets. We do have the deep down desire to be the best at what we do. We love the challenge of finding ways to meet our customer's needs. We can be methodical, particular, and deliberate in our decision making. We are proud of who we are, and we love what we do.

Compensation - Base salary in the range from $60,000 to $90,000. We offer flexible hours, lots of autonomy and all the other typical benefits of employment - bi-weekly paychecks, group health benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, engaging conversations, etc. etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
