We are the largest Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Company on the Gulf Coast (from MS, AL & NW FL) and we are looking for a Hood Cleaning Team Leads. Previous mechanical, electrical or kitchen hood cleaning experience will be a plus. Training will be provided.
This is a full time job and our work hours are 80% during the night along with early morning, weekends and day hours when restaurants are closed. Jobs you will be responsible for are located in the radius of Okaloosa County, FL and the surrounding areas. We pay our Team Leads and Helpers more than any other company in the US! Pay range is $25-$50 per hour based on job completion, we do a minimum of 2 per night and day jobs. If you don't mind getting dirty and making a great living, then don't apply.
Team Lead MUST have a dependable truck to tow an open trailer with the equipment on it (about 1,000 lbs. total), which we provide. Must be willing to work at night and work on rooftops. Have a valid Driver's License, able to pass background check. Have a cell phone, digital camera and an up to date computer/laptop and a printer. Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently. Be able to complete jobs from start to finish, with limited supervision. Have great communication skills, must be able to manage accounts, able to communicate well with customers and provide direction to team helper. We work with 2 person teams, this can be family members, man and woman and or husband & wife.
What we do is pressure wash restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems including hoods, duct work, filters, access panels and exhaust fans. We clean systems the correct way and will expect the same once you are trained and on your own. We wipe down and polish all of the stainless steel hoods, shop vac all water and grease, hang plastic sheeting and make sure no mess is left behind after mopping the whole work area before leaving. Maintain equipment, reporting any mechanical deficiencies and keep rig up to our standards of cleanliness and organized. This is not a hard job, just a detailed and done correct the first time so you don't have to go back.
