Business Analyst I

Assisting with the gathering, analyzing and defining of business requirements, mapping future business models, solution design, and testing. Providing post production support and maintaining Oracle Applications. Providing support for project management in developing and implementing functional planning, configuring and implementation and testing activities for Oracle Applications. Applying knowledge of AIM, ABF and OUM Methodologies designed by Oracle Corporation to provide production support of CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Work in Process, and Bill of Material and other various modules with various project team members.
Assisting with the analysis of business needs of clients and testing complete process of Sales Compensation. Preparing test scripts and documenting the setup steps. Providing support using EDTS tool internal ticketing system used to provide support for the issues faced by users and resolved them. Identifying the missing configuration set-ups for various CRM foundation, Install Base Field Service and Service Request Modules and completing them by coordinating with onsite team. Preparing, executing and validating the system test scripts, documenting test results, and conducting user acceptance testing for the new feature Rollout and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or any related business or IT major that provided the required skills and knowledge and 2 years of related experience in any related occupation that provided the required skills and abilities. Employer will accept 3 or 4 year degree. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantially compatibility with stated job academic level and experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
Job Site: Woodland Hills, CA
No travel & no telecommuting. Job duties are project-based & performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the United States which may require relocation.
