We are qualifying candidates for our client located in South San Francisco. This biostatistician will be part of a strong biometrics team to support late stage oncology studies and NDA submission.
Job
Responsibilities:
Develop statistical analysis plans, perform exploratory and ad hoc data analysis as necessary and provide data interpretation.
Collaborate in the preparation of clinical study reports and New Drug Application (NDA) submission package.
Interact with members of project teams, clinical scientists, statistical programmers and data management personnel to validate data/results and perform statistical analyses.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Candidate should also have strong interest in clinical drug development and knowledge of clinical trials data analysis.
Must have sound understanding of statistical application for clinical trials.
Strong programming skills in SAS.
Excellent in both oral and written communications.
Can learn quickly and demonstrate can-do spirit.
Candidate needs to work onsite. No telecommuting option is available.
Required Education
PhD in statistics or biostatistics, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in clinical trials & solid knowledge in statistics.
Internship experience or experience while in graduate school can be considered as relevant.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
