Acceptance Insurance is currently seeking a full time Retail Customer Service Representative for our retail store located at 1509 East Shotwell Street, Suite B - Bainbridge, GA. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact that handles all customer interaction received by telephone, face to face, email, fax or mail in the retail locations.
Responsibilities:
Provide quotations, pricing, required information, and directions to prospects in English and Spanish
Prepare quotations for customers' change requests to the policy
Request any missing or required information from customers and follows up for that information
Receive and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints to ensure proper and satisfactory closing are obtained
Conduct daily customer follow-up calls
Provide coverage for the retail office when the agent is performing outside marketing
Receive customer payments
Scan and sends required documents daily
Answer the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner in English and Spanish
Perform outside marketing activities to generate sales
Report any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction
Assist in the daily cleaning/maintenance of the location
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
An insurance license is required in order to work in this position. Acceptance Insurance pays 100% of the cost to obtain your license upon joining the company.
Excellent in their communications skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Professional and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Able to demonstrate strong computer skills.

We currently write non-standard personal automobile insurance in 12 states and are licensed as an insurer in 13 additional states. Our Corporate Headquarters are located in Nashville, TN with Claims Offices located in Nashville, TN, Chicago, IL and Tampa, FL. As of January 1, 2014, we leased and operated over 350 retail locations, staffed by employee-agents. Our employee-agents exclusively sell insurance products either underwritten or serviced by us.
