The candidate will responsible for supporting the sector broad efforts to identify and foster strategic industrial partnerships and to support the development of teaming agreements and joint venture development. Reports to the Director, strategic collaborating. Identify, develop and propose strategies to leverage the sector industrial partners with the objective of value growth through the creation of offset project opportunities and other new business opportunities. Engage with capture teams early in the market-shaping phase in the partnership identification and creation phase to develop collaborative industry strategies for maximizing priority win opportunities. Includes understanding the corporate, sector, business area strategies in order develop the best collaborating initiatives to maximize return and get the greatest value growth opportunities. Significantly increase collaboration both within and across the sectors on strategic collaborating in support of sector captures in common priority countries. Prepare and provide executive leadership (Vice President and VP GM) level presentations for all aspects of the sector industrial partnership and offset activities. Develop appropriately aligned industrial partnering arrangements, such as teaming agreements, joint ventures and possible acquisitions and corresponding business cases. Prepare creative strategies and innovative solutions to develop future business opportunities. Responsible for full cost and schedule performance in addition to technical accountability for all industry initiatives. Responsible for the direct supervision of 2 or more employees. Involves making the work assignments, evaluating performance in talent
performance management, enforcing discipline, initiating new hire requisitions, making hiring decisions, initiating termination decisions and responsible for employee welfare. Develop and maintain a broad network both internally and externally to industrial partners and third party providers. Willingness to travel.
Requirements
Minimum 8 to 10 years related experience.
Education
Bachelor Degree required and Masters Degree preferred.
