Communicates benefits information globally to associates. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job related activities and assignments for the benefits department. Ensures all plans are administered and executed in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity. Ensures critical customer service processes are developed and executed to accomplish strategic objectives. Manages day to day third party administrator (TPA) operations. Organize fiscal and day to day work activity. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates. Trains and evaluates direct reports.
Requirements
2 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 2 years of supervisory experience,2 years project management experience required.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Finance, Accounting, Education, or related field or 2 years experience in group benefits management, group benefits administration or related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
