Human Resources Manager
Responsible for conducting recruitment of all personnel including the sales and operations team.
Oversee interviewing and hiring of new staff.
Conduct new-employee orientation and job training for all new employees.
Provide employees with information about companys policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and benefits, as needed.
Perform necessary and difficult staffing duties including mediating disputes, dismissing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies in order to establish competitive program and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Serve as a link between senior management and employees.
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
