Seeking a Lead Process Technician for supervisory plant role, available for second shift work. Immediate opening.
Requirements:
3
years supervisory role in injection molding manufacturing facility.
Strong knowledge of plastic and vinyl injection molding processes and equipment.
Experience setting up, processing and troubleshooting injection molding and secondary equipment such as blenders, dryers, material handling equipment and automation.
Duties:
Provide direction to team of operators and process technicians, including scheduling, training, employee reviews, hiring and firing and resolving issues with production.
Ensure quality of work processes adhere to ISO 9001 standards, as required by company.
Troubleshoot injection molding machines when needed, providing technical expertise to technicians and operators.
Join a large manufacturer of vinyl and plastic injection molded component parts and lead a team of operators utilizing state of the art injection molding machines and automatic high-cavitation tooling machines. Competitive hourly rate with opportunity to make up to $55,000 annually with overtime. Benefits provided as well as continued education assistance and opportunities for advancement.
