Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Coraopolis, PA (Moon Township)Pay: $12.00 - $13.50/hr with benefits after 90 days
Summary of Position
The Customer Service Coordinator answers the phone and represents the first impression of our company. Strong customer service is a must! This individual must be able to navigate a computer, with the ability to work under pressure. This individual interacts daily with our clients, borrowers and visitors. This can be a fast-paced position, often requiring the ability to multitask.
Duties & Responsibilities
Must possess excellent verbal and phone skills.
Must have very strong customer services skills.
Client advocates complete all CPl's; bankruptcy and patriot searches; and produce and mail all Thank you and Welcome letters to our borrowers.
Have the ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
Assists the scanning/shipping team, when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Ability to navigate the computer and knowledge of online search skills and strong typing
Ability to problem solve and properly direct calls.
Must be flexible and able to multitask.
Be able to clearly communicate with other team members.
