USCG Logistics Process Support Specialist

Program Overview:
Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (ISHPI) is seeking candidates with experience in the U.S. Coast Guard Logistics Information Management Systems used by the Surface and Aviation support communities. The suite of applications for the Surface Vessel Logistics System (VLS) are the Fleet Logistics System (FLS), Naval & Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Naval & Electronics Technical Information Management System (NE-TIMS). The Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS) suite of applications for Aviation assets are the Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL), Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS), Decision Support System (DSS), and Technical Manual Application System (TMAPS). Personnel with experience in working within or in support of these systems in any capacity will be considered. This includes candidates with experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), inventory management, equipment Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) and/or Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) development, technical data management, and inventory management.
Experience:
Experience in USCG aviation or naval engineering maintenance and logistics practices and procedures as defined in Commandant Instruction Manual 13020.1 (series) or Naval Engineering Manual, COMDTINST M9000.6 (series)
Experience in Coast Guard aircraft or ship/boat maintenance, configuration, and material data management procedures and experience working in the Fleet Logistics System (FLS) or Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS)
Experience in development techniques of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) and/or Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education:
Education may be proposed for evaluation to meet this requirement.
Position Description:
Perform Coast Guard Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) or Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Technology (C4&IT) or Aviation system Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Perform maintenance, configuration, and material data input to the ALMIS or VLS suites
Perform technical writing and graphical illustration input for Coast Guard Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) documentation
Perform inventory material management
Conduct data analysis for accuracy and completeness
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Read, write, and speak fluent English

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
