LPN-LTC
The qualified individual will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the assigned nursing unit and general supervision of the other two units during the assigned shift.
Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, local, TJC (The Joint Commission) standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained in the facility at all times.
