Powerful Personal Trainer
We are seeking personal trainers who want to expand their business in a fantastic, encouraging environment.
The person who joins our team will be responsible for growing their business in one of the best health clubs anywhere in our area.
Opportunities include:
Initial fitness consultation for all new members
Encouraging members to purchase on going personal training
Deliver high quality personal training services to clients
Maintain client records
Follow-up with clients and prospects to encourage progress
Maintain club and work area
Communicate with club management and clients to assure customer satisfaction.
Our environment is unique in the area; this is no shark tank. All members are warm prospects for you and your business and we funnel them to you. Our club culture encourages members to commit to personal training and we work with our trainers to help them improve their business skills.
Our members are drawn primarily from upper income households as there are clubs near by that draw the price focused consumer.
Our town and club environment encourages stability which means you can count on opportunity and growth.
We have a full suite of equipment and space for effective training. Every year we invest in additional equipment to improve our member's experience.
We also help you with sales training, CEC discounts and other services that build on your skills.
Compensation is based upon a percentage of training sold and rendered with no caps or limits to your income opportunity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
