Fabrication Supervisor 1st & 2nd Shifts

If you are a experienced Supervisor familiar with Machining (Lathe, Mill) & Sheet
Metal fabrication, a successful, high-technology, OEM manufacturer would like you
to join its highly skilled team.
We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our fast paced, team
environment in OEM manufacturing facility located in Carlsbad, CA.
Responsibilities:
o Supervise and coordinate all activities of employees in the fabrication shop.
o Responsible for safety, schedule of all assigned work.
o Directly supervise employees in work tasks to verify and ensure conformance to specifications,
drawings, procedures, and quality & schedule.
o Interpret company policy to workers and enforces safety and environmental regulations.
o Interpret specifications, blueprints, sketches and work orders to employees.
o Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of
customer product.
o Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of workers.
o Assist workers in solving work problems.
o Perform planning, assigning, and directing of work.
Qualifications:
o 3
years of experience as a supervisor.
o 3
years of experience in Machining (Mill / Lathe & Screw Machine) & or Precision Sheet
metal. (Setup / Programming of these machines is highly desirable)
o Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
o Experienced in QA/QC programs and procedures.
o Expert level knowledge of Machining & or Precision Sheet Metal methods, procedures, and
quality control.
o Working knowledge of all tools and equipment i.e. Saws, Mills, Lathes Sheet Metal equipment.
o The ability to communicate and work effectively with managers and employees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o Ability to drive a forklift.
o High standard of integrity and professionalism
o MUST have valid Drivers License
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Ability to lift 50lb
o Communicate with supervisors and take direction well.
o Extremely safety conscious with an outstanding safety record

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
