Customer Service Representative
Career Connections is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a large employer in Athens, Ohio. Main duties will be to answer inquiries, respond to requests, enter sales orders and prices, contact customers, and related duties as assigned.
This is a part-time, temporary position starting ASAP and lasting about 3 months. The schedule will give 24 hours/week between Monday through Friday, 8:
30-5:
00 p.m. The pay rate is $9/hour.
An associate degree in business or related field with prior customer service experience preferred. Must possess strong attention to detail, superior telephone skills and be very proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also essential.
