Experienced Manager needed for 50 unit HUD ( Project Based Section 8) apartment community in Mansfield, PA. Responsible for property management functions, including leasing, unit-turnover, tenant relations,and compliance with regulatory agreements. Must have experience working with 50059's, TRACS, and EIV.
We are seeking a self-starter who works well independently, and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of the residents. Excellent business skills are needed that include attention to detail in reporting, a positive attitude, ability to motivate and manage the on-site team, maintain positive resident relations and lease apartments, while having sound business and management practices.
