Job Summary
The Senior Manager will work closely with the Business Owners to scope and manage Hyperion related projects from inception to successful completion. This position will interface closely with the cross-functional and across business units including but not limited to executives of each organization to understand the business goals and objectives to deliver differentiated solutions. Additionally this role manages and reports on overall project coordination, ensuring application project plans, goals and objectives are aligned with overall business goals of the strategic plan.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has experience in working effectively with and providing world-class service to internal customers. To succeed in this role, you will possess Extensive Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning, with good basic knowledge of interaction between EBS and EPM, project management, functional analyst experience, detail-oriented execution skills, overall business savvy, strong communication abilities and a focus on service excellence. Additionally, this individual will apply proven communication skills, Lean methodology hands on experience, problem-solving know-how and leadership abilities to effectively manage and influence business stakeholders, vendors and partners.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to quickly understand Business goals and objectives to lead, influence and manage Oracle Hyperion HFM and HP Implementation for Global requirements
Partner with the business and Systems Integration Partners to ensure successful delivery of Global HFM and HP.
Work with global process owners to understand current processes, apply lean methodologies and concepts to optimize processes prior to automating the process
Define and validate project scope, define Product requirements, establish schedules, budgets, while leading System Integrator deliverables for the Terraform Business Unit.
IT Program Management; manage weekly meetings, prioritization, driving projects through methodology gates; tracking progress, identify risks and issues, escalate and drive to resolution
Define, develop and implement effective Product Release cycles
Work with Cloud partners in identification and resolution of complex cloud problems, such as User Experience, data integration and reporting
Partner with IT Tech. Lead on solution analysis, business requirements documentation, cost benefit analysis, risk assessment and business impact analysis
Lead, coach and mentor other team members, direct or dotted.
Required Qualifications
BS Computer Science (or equivalent) degree

years total experience in IT with 5-7 years of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management & Planning,
3-5 years of Oracle EBS
Hands on experience successfully implementing large Oracle ERP and/or Hyperion programs
Experience with application and data architecture, capability planning
Expertise in technology applicability to Enterprise Systems business partners, including Oracle and other platforms to be used in conjunction, such as analytics
Strong verbal and written communication / presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated understanding and utilization of financial data, corporate scorecard information, and key performance indicators to support process performance
Proven ability to interface closely with Business and IT Execs, IT Project Managers, IT Architects and Tech Leads as well as off-shore development and service providers
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; experience in working effectively with business functional teams, remote development teams as well as vendors and partners in a very fast paced environment with very aggressive timelines.
Proven experience in project management and delivering complex solutions on time and on budget
Experience in running Steering committee and UAT sessions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in the renewable energy industry
