Oversees all Human Resources functions to include Employee and Labor Relations; Compensation; Benefits; Labor, Wage and Hour Law; Legal, Regulatory; JCAHO; Employee Health.
Ideal candidate would be someone who has at least 3 years experience working as an HRD within an acute hospital setting in California. Longevity in work history. Bachelors prepared at minimum.
