Duties:
o Develops and maintain a program for Meaningful Use (MU)management across all current and future hospital and provider organizations
o Leads the team responsible for all MU efforts for Eligible Professional and Eligible Hospital MU planning, implementation and compliance across the system
o Coordinates the build/changes to system to meet new or changing regulations
o Coordinates data acquisition, analysis, strategic planning and reporting for MU CS requirements
o Communicates with external entities such as CMS and Colorado Department of Public Health on the interpretation of Meaningful Use regulations; develops knowledge and monitors emerging policy of CMS/TJC and MU e-measures and any other reporting requirements
o Works closely with physicians, practice plan administrators and the Meditech ( or Other Vendor) Software support teams, to ensure the required regulatory measures are in place
o Serves as a content expert and educator to hospital leadership on public reporting requirements and provides ongoing education regarding national quality monitoring programs (i.e. MU, CQMs)
o Trains physicians and other health care members on regulatory requirements and the proper use of the system
o Responsible for development, implementation and adherence to the data governance process and ensures data integrity, validation, quality assurance and policy adherence related to the abstraction, storage, utilization, analysis and the use of data
o Implements and utilizes monitoring tools for all measure requirements
o Acts as a nurse/physician liaison to assist nursing and physician compliance and utilization of hospital E.H.R. works with Meditech Analysts to improve workflow, documentation and other software tools
Qualifications:
o Experience developing and leading Meaningful Use programs/ attestation
o Experience and working knowledge of current CM, Medicaid Meaningful use requirements and verbiage as well as other external quality programs
o Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a wide variety of staff/leadership/physicians
o Working knowledge of Meditech and Truven Health Software. Must be able to understand the software build structure; knowledge of dictionary build helpful
o Solid computer sills
o RN PreferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
