Our client is a salesforce.com consultancy and has a need with one of their customers in Bedford, MA in the healthcare space. The organization just went through an acquisition and they need to reconfigure their salesforce application.
This candidate would be a hands on configurator (not developer) who can guide the client through this process. This role would include designing solutions, page layouts, account hierarchy and other business processes to map to the sales processes.
Resource Need:
1. Sr. Consultant: Experienced salesforce.com Business Analyst and configurator
2. Participate as team member on internal team
3. Client team members will provide context and process overview
4. Onsite at least 4 days/week, ideally 5 days a week
Specific Work Tasks:
1. Documenting requirements, process flows, presentations of solution design
2. Some PM work if necessary just to keep us on track with milestones, status reports, etc
3. Configuration of SFDC (new field creation, review of page layouts, testing, etc)
