IT Analyst

What is the position?
The IT Analyst will provide a high level of hardware/software support to company's end users with ticket management activities. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with business users, clients and internal IT support elements is a must.
What will you do?
As an IT Analyst you will:
Provide Application and Desktop Support services. This includes: troubleshooting for PC, network, server, phone, printer hardware and software, mobile devices, handhelds.
Participate in technology refresh projects, provide in-person, desk-side and remote support to business users.
Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems.
What are the requirements?
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong prioritization skills.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new technologies.
Bachelors in Information Technology or Associates plus 3-5 years of Experience.
Experience with ITIL focused ticket management tools. ServiceNow is a plus but not required.
Desktop/Laptop Imaging experience.
Hardware & software application maintenance and support.
Perform asset management requirements.
Comply with IT department processes and procedures.
Comply with IT security policies.
Coordinate resolution activities with all involved parties, but serve as the single point of contact for end users.
Experience with MS Office 2007/20010, Office 365, Lync, Windows 7, Antivirus, Ghost, Internet Explorer, Active Directory, Android/Windows Mobile Devices/iPhone support, Citrix, Remote Assistance/ Remote Desktop, HP Desktop/Laptops, and Multi-Function printers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
