Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent
My Company, National Construction Workforce (NCW), is currently seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for job opportunities throughout the US. The scope of work includes ground-up construction of retail buildings and restaurants. Interested candidates should be flexible with their ability to travel. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
o 10
years experience as a Superintendent, running ground-up commercial projects > $2MM.
o Previous experience with ground-up construction of retail building and/or restaurants is strongly desired.
o Must possess a strong construction pedigree with consistent work history.
o Must have a proven track record of completing projects on time and within desired budget.
o Must be flexible with ability to travel.
