Job Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager shall be responsible for managing all sales activities and results for the Gas Lift line of the business in North Texas.
Job Overview:
Sales management of company products and services for the Gas Lift product line, for the North Texas territory.
Develops sales personnel, customer accounts, and providing co-management and training to assigned sales force.
Meets with customers to understand their need for custom Gas Lift designs.
Develops and implements sales objectives, strategies, promotional programs and ensures their execution; establishes and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets.
Trains and manages existing sales organization dealers and new customers; champions the use of sales tools and processes for efficient and effective sales force.
Provides reporting on forecasts, budgets, and sales performance.
Identifies and pursues growth opportunities.
Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Coaches and mentors one or two levels of direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Assists in product research and development for Gas Lift products.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
Job Requirements:
5
years of experience within the Oil & Gas Artificial Lift industry required (Minimum of 2 years, specifically in Gas Lift)
2
years in an Oil & Gas Sales Leadership role required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
