Second Shift Production Supervisor - Injection Molding -Somerville, NJ
Great opportunity for a process technician or operator to step up into a supervisory role. Provide leadership and work with state of the art Arburg and Toyo molding presses and attached robotics.
Qualifications:
At least five years experience operating or setting up injection molding machines, automatic high volume pick and place robots or similar, 3
years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes for component part manufacturing with ability to troubleshoot production equipment if necessary.
Demonstrated experience managing a team of 10-30 technicians and operators in an industrial manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
Oversee team of operators and process technicians, providing technical expertise when necessary.
Handle plant activities including educating and briefing team on new products or new machines, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and scheduling conflicts.
