Home Health Aide (HHA)
Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide needed for cases located in Orange County
CNAs welcomed ( 3 day CNA transition to HHA classes available)
Qualifications for position include:
Must be a certified PCA or HHA in the state of NY
Reliable transportation
Must be able to travel to the office Orange County office located in Middletown, NY to complete orientation and in-service
The following documents must be submitted
NYS HHA or PCA certificate
HHA training program competency evaluation skills
PPD (within the last year)
If PPD positive, diagnostic date and chest x-ray results
Physical within the last year
Drug screen
Proof of MMR vaccinations
Social Security card
Drivers License
Proof of ability to work in the United States (U.S passport, voters registration, green card, U.S birth certificate, or workers authorization)
Hours for positions:
Shifts Ranging 5-8hrs or more
Live-in, morning, and evening shifts available
