Customer Service Representative-Part Time
This is a part time position. 20-25 hours per week
World Acceptance is looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative. You will need to have exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, learn a proprietary computer system, have an outgoing personality and will work with customers on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately type at least 35 wpm
Exceptional phone skills, pleasant phone voice, and friendly demeanor
You will be required to pass a criminal and credit background check prior to being employed
Saturday work is required during the months of November - February, and throughout the year as needed.
