Essential Functions:
Assist with the design and maintenance of the BI framework
Analyze clinical and operational business cycles and information needs
Identify appropriate information delivery vehicles & channels
Serve as the EDW content & usage expert
Lead the design and development of data solutions addressing specific clinical needs
Create reports, dashboards, discovery and interactive solutions to meet the information needs of assigned clinical and/or operational areas
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree - Management Information Systems (or related field), including 5 - 7 years of related experience; Master's degree preferred

Comfortable engaging with personnel at all levels of leadership
Ability to listen to others and incorporate good ideas regardless of source
Professional in all communication and interaction with others
Willing to admit mistakes and make course corrections as necessary
Ability to coach others and help develop careers
Analysis & Communication:
Ability to assess/analyze information needs objectively
Ability to drill down and ask the right questions to arrive at root cause
Confident in front of both management and developer audiences; ability to customize communication for both
Good written communication skills; ability to use correct grammar and structure communication in a way that makes it easy to understand
Ability to navigate difficult conversations, remain objective and achieve sound outcomes
Technology & Capabilities:
BI Technology: experience with a broad range of BI technologies supporting prototyping, static reporting, interactive reporting, drilling, data discovery and extraction. Experience with Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects and MS Power Suite preferred
SQL: ability to write ad hoc queries as well as stored procedures
Data Modeling: ability to read/create 3NF and STAR schemasEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
