Graphic Artist Designer
Cape Cod-based regional ad agency with clients throughout the Northeast has an opening for a part-time graphic artist. The average tenure of our 8 employees is 7.5 years, working in a pleasant, creative environment, so this a rare opportunity.
Experience with all the standard apps (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. . .) is required. Design, print production and press prep, job tracking and detail-chasing. We place a heavy emphasis on understanding the processes of print production, of typography, and tight, clean layouts, and your portfolio and references should be able to confirm this.
While not essential for this position, an understanding of web production (banner advertising, landing pages and websites) would be a factor very much in your favor.
Hours per week can be adjusted according to your needs. For the right person with the right range of skills it is possible the position could be adjusted to full-time.
