Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Job Description Kelly Services is interviewing for a company in Peru, Indiana that needs an experienced Material Handler/Forklift Operator.
This will be a direct hire after 30 days.
1st shift7:
00 - 3:
30 (1/2 hr lunch)Responsibilities for this position include:
- Loads, unloads, and moves materials within plant and yard- Follows verbal instructions- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets and shelves by hand- Loads materials into vehicles- Conveys materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area, using forklift - Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination, using overhead crane.
- Follows all safety rules and regulationsStarting wage is $15/hr to increase as training is completed to $15.
71/hr Requirements - Forklift experience- Overhead crane experience- Warehousing experience- 2 positive work references Highlights Upon direct hire benefits include:
