Motorcycle Sales Associate

Freedom Cycles and Advantage Powersports have experienced good growth and are looking to expand our staff. We need people that with great attitudes, high energy and are passionate about motorcycles and ATVs. Our stores are the largest and highest volume stores in the Metro area. You can be part of our continued growth and success if you are ready to make a real career commitment. Our company is a consistent winner in National Top 100 contest that recognizes the best in the industry. Active participation and experience with our products is a minimum job requirement. We can teach you our proven successful systems but we cannot train you to be a motorcycle enthusiast and participant.
You will be:
oSelling motorcycles, ATV's and personal watercraft to customers coming to store locations, and from phone leads.
oHandling displays, cleaning and proper presentation of products for sale.
oAssisting with advising customers of accessory options and assist with mounting of accessories on display units.
oOpen and close sales floor daily and secure units moved outside during the day.
oDo phone follow up from call lists and lead lists.

Work schedule is arranged Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off. Will consider part-time and full-time schedules.
Successful candidates will have a strong desire for career advancement for the next opportunity including Finance & Insurance Sales. Positions are also available for Service Technicians.
Requirements
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
oActive Motorcycle enthusiast is a minimum requirement of position
oMotorcycle product and feature knowledge
oWilling to train and increase skills through consistent education on the job and via personal commitment
oStrong verbal and written communication skills.
oExcellent follow up skills and organizational skills to insure outstanding customer service.
oStrong desire to provide service beyond customer expectations.
oAbility to achieve and maintain outstanding CSI scores and results.
oConsistent demonstration of desire to advance and be the best in your profession.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
