Director of Materials Management (CMMS)

The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Director of Materials Management for a major third party logistics (3PL) firm near Bonita Springs, FL.
The qualified individual will be responsible nationwide for providing direction for each plant, direct communication between customers, suppliers, and employees on material supply issues.
MUST HAVE a materials background including MGO, CMMS, SAP as well as lean, 5S.
Six Sigma MUST HAVE experience with Ford CMMSAn advanced degree is preferred
Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and enhance the companies vision nationally for materials management nationally-Work with Plant managers and onsite materials management staff-Contributes heavily in the launch of new facilities-Utilizes PFEP (plan for every part) for new model launches-Establishes and maintains accurate inventories using cycle counting-Manages the material flow of the warehouse-Manages the inbound transportation schedules-Manages the engineering change processes-Performs audits regularly-Resolves material shortages and overflow situations-Establishes KPI's for the facility-Teaches and trains all material staff in the warehouseREQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university-Extensive knowledge of ERP and MRP systems-Exceptional knowledge of CMMS-Knowledge of the cycle count process-Importing and exporting experience-10
years of experience in a supply chain environment-5
years of experience in a supervisory or management role-Experience working in a union environment-LEAN material management background is a plus-Exceptional computer, written, verbal, time management, and problem solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
