REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking an individual with a growth mindset who wants to build their own business, but enjoy a tremendous support network through other managers doing the same in different parts of the country. Individuals with previous experience in insurance sales and building their own agencies have a high potential for success in this role.
Skills/backgrounds associated with success:
Excellent Communication Skills

years of insurance sales, sales management and sales recruiting experience, with strengths in strategic sales approaches, team building and development.
Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as your clients.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
