The In-Shape Personal Trainer interacts with members every day, providing excellent member service, conducting fitness assessments and personal training sessions' and inspiring those around them to be their best. Personal Trainers are the heart-and-soul of the In-Shape Lifestyle, promoting health, fitness and enjoyment of all life has to offer.
Help clients meet their fitness goals through coaching, education and inspiration during personal training sessions.
Track client's progress and celebrate their success.
Serve as knowledgeable source of fitness and nutrition information for all members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program
Current CPR/AED preferred
Additional coursework in physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science is beneficial
Previous experience as Personal Trainer a plus
Bilingual skills a plus
Strong motivational skills
