We are looking for someone with a background in furniture sales, However we have an extensive training program for a person without the experience.
Must be able to greet with enthusiasm, build rapport, listen and help find solutions, overcome objections, close sales and follow up with customers
Applicant must have a sense of fashion.
Hatchs is an employee friendly company.As a retail store we are not open Sundays or evenings with rare exceptions for special events.

Compensation during orientation is combination $ per hour guarantee plus a percent of normal commission to ensure an income during training
After a period of time a person on a full commission will earn more. At Hatchs our great sales earns $80000
per year. If at minimum
standard performance earn $35000
per year.
