Information Technology Manager
Job
Summary:
Maintains all computer systems so that internal and external customers can complete daily operations. Develops and implements a plan to meet changing technology needs and manages all company data. Is responsible for implementing company policies and procedures within the IS Department.
SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Design, maintain and revise custom programs
Manage company network
Administer company databases
Maintain email system
Meet internal/external customers IS requests
Must have strong problem solving skills
Must work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities
Handle stressful situations
Work productively in a an environment with high levels of interruption
Responsible for coordinating outside contractor's for programming
Must have a valid driver's license
Good driving record that meets our insurance company requirements
There will be occasional travel between satellite labs
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field required
Background in agriculture helpful
Minimum of five (5) years computer programming required
This is a regular full time exempt position with a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Short Term Disability and Life insurances; 401k retirement plan; paid holiday and paid vacation and sick time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
