Job ResponsibilitiesWe offer an exciting opportunity for an innovative, self-motivated Human Resources Generalist who is looking for awell-rounded, hands-on experience within a stable and unique industry.

In this role, you will support our Core Business Processes through the identification and development of human capital(recruiting, training, performance management, etc.
).
This function will lead change efforts and evolve the organizationalculture by implementing, enhancing, and strengthening systems.
Responsibilities:
- Human resources personnel on-site- Devises and leads strategic regional initiatives- Serves as the Recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Develops training systems for workforce development.
- Implements practices for management/ leadership development.
- Assists managers/ leaders with employee performance and coaching.
- Addresses and resolves employee relations matters.
- Facilitates safety policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintains training, legal, and governmental documentation.
- Compiles reports for the Regional/ Site Manager, and Corporate.
- Responsible for maintaining ISO standards.
- Initiate action for food safety issues- All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Resource Management and 5
years HR experience.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Must possess solid communication and facilitation skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Computer literate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
