Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Systems Development and will be located in Newark, CA.
The Salesforce Admin/Developer will work as part of the CRM IT team to support and enhance the Service Cloud implementation for Customer Care and the support website.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Work with the Customer Care team and the IT Operations lead to troubleshoot issues, design solutions, plan and execute future releases
Design and develop changes to the Service Cloud module based on business requirements using Visualforce, Apex, SOQL
Support existing interfaces between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce APIs, develop new interfaces as needed
Develop dashboards, reports to meet business requirements
Create technical documentation on the current system and any changeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
