Verity Recruiting is working with a large, growing manufacturing organization in Grand Prairie, TX to help them identify an experience Financial Analysis Manager with strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience to join their team. This position will manage up to 4 analysts and be responsible for reviewing and summarizing financial results and variance analysis with the P&L, Balance Sheet, KPI's, etc. This position will work closely with senior management to help the company meet the financial goals. This position will be heavily involved in ad hoc projects and helping to identify and explain the impact of operational and financial decisions and developments. Our client utilized Oracle and Essbase so experience in Oracle and/or Essbase is a big plus. A Bachelor's Degree along with 8 plus years of experience including 3 years of management experience is required. Certifications and advanced degrees are a plus. Candidates must have strong manufacturing industry and cost accounting/analysis experience. Base salary will depend upon experience with a target range of $105k to $115k base. There will be annual bonus potential and great benefits.
