Corporate Accounting Manager of Consolidations

Verity Recruiting is working with a large, international manufacturing organization in Irving, TX who is looking to add an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to their team! Candidates must have strong consolidations experience as one of the main functions of this role will be performing consolidations for the company's financial reporting requirements, preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, etc. This role will also be involved with preparing and coordinating budgets and forecasts, working with inter-company transactions, Fixed Assets, and ad hoc projects. A Bachelor's Degree is required along with 5 plus years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience. Our client works in Oracle so strong Oracle experience would be preferred as would an active CPA license and/or advanced degree (MBA). Salary will depend upon experience with a target salary being 100k to 110k per year. An annual bonus and great benefits are included as well!
