AP/AR Clerk Columbus, OH $15.00 per hour
The AP/AR Clerk plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all company billing. We are looking for a smart, versatile individuals with basic accounting knowledge who don't flinch at issues. The ideal candidate for this dual AP & AR position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, proficient abilities in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, Oracle (or a similar accounting program), and a motivated, dedicated demeanor. Responsibilities:
Processing invoices
Posting payments
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments
Making B2B calls to follow up on invoices
Totaling, balancing, and reconciling accounts
Reviewing/coding invoices and statements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Associate's degree with equivalent work experience also acceptable
Clean background check and drug screen
Software Experience including Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, and Oracle
MS Dynamics SL experience is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
