Definition:
Provides healthcare services using radiouclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Performs nuclear medicine procedures, and related techniques producing images for interpretation by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
Knowledge:
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good organization skills.
Ability to use multiple Nuclear Medicine equipment.
Experience:
One year current clinical experience in acute medical/surgical facility.
License:
Current California certification required.
Current certification by the American Registry or Radiologic Technologist in nuclear medicine.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
