PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Lead a production team to work injury-free/incident free in a continuous manufacturing environment consistent with management philosophy and framework. Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in work processes affecting compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs. Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and performance management. Leader will manage approximately 10 direct reports and 90 indirect reports.

General Tasks:
Drive Excellence through promoting involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards; monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize production efficiency; assist with troubleshooting production issues; provide safety training to crew members; innovate, develop capital plans, coaching; and team development/performance management


Organizational Responsibility:
Position reports to Plant Manager

Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher, in engineering or technical discipline preferred
Eight (8) or more years of leadership experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in a continuous operation environment.
24/7/365 operation preferred.
Must be able to coach and develop direct reports and teams in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Must be able to understand basic practices of reliability, such as vibration analysis, lubrication and alignment best practices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
