MISSION of why this job needs to be done.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing and shipping to deliver product in a timely and appropriate manner.
KEY OUTCOMES 1.
Prepare orders from customers.
Issue lot sheets to the production floor for product scheduling.
Manage lot sheet reports.
2.
Process customer orders in a manner that support their ordering systems.
3.
Answer phones.
Address customer question and concerns or transfer appropriately 4.
Respond to emails received in the customer service box.
5.
Provide estimates from shipping an freight cost on products when necessary 6.
Participate in company wide CSM events as requested.
7.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required to talk, stand, walk, sit, stoop, crawl and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.

SKILLS 1.
At least 1 year exp.
in customer service or call center 2.
Bi Lingual - Spanish is highly preferred 3.
Strong communication skills, including writing and verbal communication 4.
Good computer skills including experienced with Excel and Word.

Familiarly with Lotus Notes and Syteline is a plus 6.
Strong interpersonal skills 7.
Multi Task 8.
Foreign language fluency for the international market served is a plus.
9.
Associates Degree needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
