Now hiring a CNC Set-Up/Operator in the Holly, MI area for a Direct Hire position! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a CNC Set-Up/Operator in the Holly, MI area for a Direct Hire position. Candidates this is a Full time position, working Monday - Thursday from 6:
30 am - 5:
00 pm. Friday hours are overtime (after 40 hours worked), but are not guaranteed and you are dependent on the customer's production requirements. Candidates will setup/run CNC mills and or CNC lathes. Current and future work includes small and mid sized machined metal parts in small to large volumes. Candidates should be able to train and communicate with CNC operators and assist them with problem resolution. Mastercam programming is a plus but applicant must understand speeds and feeds, machinining techniques and G & M codes. -High school diploma
-At least 2 years of previous experience.
-Able to lift part filled tubs weighing up to 60 lbs.
-Own tools for setup purposes.
-A valid driver's license
-Experience with insert tooling required
-Able to read non-digital micrometers, calipers and blueprints
-Knowledge of G & M codes is required.
-Programming experience.
-Familiarity with Fanuc controls is required.
-Experience with conversational controls a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
