We are a growing 24/7 Call Center servicing over 1000 clients. We answer for Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, medical practices, legal firms, municipalities and many others. We have a professional, dynamic, fun and friendly work environment; with managers that truly care.
We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Telephone Agents who have flexible availability and can work on nights and weekends. Candidates must be enthusiastic and hardworking.
Full Time employees, after a waiting period, are eligible for a generous benefits package including: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance and paid vacations.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls
Taking messages
Dispatching urgent calls
Providing customer service based on client specification
Processing phone orders
Scheduling appointments
Qualified candidates should have:
Good computer skills (type at least 35 wpm)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
If accepted for employment, you will go through approximately 120 hours of paid training. The initial training program is thorough, but not difficult.
Prior experience in this field is NOT necessary. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker a plus.
Compensation: $11 to $12.50/hr. plus Health, Vision and Dental Insurance for Full Time employees.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
