Wesley Homes Lea Hill in Auburn is currently in need of an experienced Caregiver (NAC) to work in our Memory Care facility The Arbor. This full-time position will work every Monday-Wednesday from 6:
00am - 6:
00pm. This schedule may change based on the needs of the business.

The Arbor Caregiver will competently, reliably and safely provide in-home services including personal care, housekeeping, and companionship to The Arbor residents according to a written Plan of Care. Approach all clients/residents with care, compassion, and a commitment to fulfilling their care needs. Recognize and report any physical or environmental changes that might adversely affect the client.
oRespond to The Arbor RER.
oAssist in maintaining neat, orderly, and safe environment in each client's home
oPerforms other duties as requested and as indicated on Plan of Care
oFollow universal precautions.
oMust have current NAC license for the state of Washington
oMust be able to pass a Wesley Homes competency test
oThe following certificates are required:
Dementia Training; Mental Health Training
oExperience working in Assisted Living facility preferred
oCurrent CPR and 1st Aid certificates preferred at time of hire
oAble to pass drug screen, DSHS & WSP background inquiries
oAble to provide 3 positive professional references
oAble to document eligibility to work in the United States

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
